Hey guys I need some help, around three months back I started selling tickets on eBay and everything went fine, I delivered the tickets with ticketmaster so there was no tracking number. One person bought a lot of tickets without using eBay and sending me money to my paypal while I send the tickets. I logged onto my paypal today with a negative 6,000$ balance because they guy claimed he didn't receive the product but I have proof the tickets have been sent to him. What can I do?
