So I sold digital content to a user on a marketplace, he was trying to buy even more than what was sold to him. I told him no as I didn't want such a large transaction with someone I had never dealt with. So the next day no charge backs or disputes were made and I transferred the money received to my bank account. The user came back wanting to buy again (using a different user account to get around my personal policy of limiting unproven buyers. After identifying himself he was the same user with the same PayPal. I had successfully transferred the last sale to my bank account with no incident and it had been well over 24 hours since that transaction, so I accepted and sold as well as sent his order after receiving payment. The user began pressing to buy more from me, which at this point my scammer alert was no longer just blinking and was blasting at full volume. I told him no more salsa to his account and took my listing down to avoid him trying to get to the point of paying with another secondary account. What do you know, a couple hours after taking it down and telling him no with his harassing pm's..... He reported me for 'stealing money from his account' and I need to return 'the money I took out of his PayPal account without permission'. Not only is that completely false its also completely impossible. I can't just pay my own account with his, but anyways PayPal took the money from and I'm trying to win this dispute, I've sent screenshots of the conversations he typed, and how he made multiple payments, while trying to purchase more, it was clearly a full fledged fraud plan. But PayPal isn't communicating to me and I'm afraid of losing this dispute, it'll cripple me. I already sent him what he bought and PayPal has seen that, yet they still took my money. Even after he made more than one payment and was harassing me to sell him more. What do I need to do to make this scammer doesn't win the dispute. It makes me sick to my stomach how people can honestly with themselves try to scam someone.
