I’ve tried MULTIPLE times to start a dispute. I follow the procedure (of going to the resolution centre, click report a problem etc.) and whenever I get to a certain stage (after clicking continue after choosing the transaction you want to report) it comes up with a message saying “We’re sorry, something seems to have gone wrong, let’s try that again” I seriously want to file a dispute as I payed for two tracksuits and the tracksuits never arrived and the seller became non-existent, and I really need the money back!
