I sold an item on eBay (which I will note was in close to perfect condition). The buyer gave me an outstanding review on my eBay account, but filed a claim/dispute through PayPal about a month later (explaining that it was damaged and didn't work, etc.) and was granted a full refund. I went to this persons eBay account and noticed that they have made the same "negative" copy and paste claims to other items they have purchased as well. Which leaves me to believe that I was scammed. And now the case is closed. Can I still dispute this or somehow get my money back? 😞
