So the government has levied my bank account due to being late on my college payment. And every amount of money I deposit goes straight away and can’t use it making it hard to set up a proper payment plan and save any money whatsoever. So right now I see my only hope is paypal, but will the levy on my bank account affect any money coming in my paypal account since my bank account is linked? If I deposit money in my paypal will that be taken from me? Or will I be able to save money in my paypal?
