i am dealing with the same nonsense for 6 plus months now. It is killing my business. we have done millions in dollars through paypal over the years. now were getting crushed. our business half the time doesnt ship, its a service, or we wait for other pre orders for customers they know this, its all on my side not paypals business. i cannot believe this is what paypal has become. i am looking for another service. 21 days being held is years to a small business. if i had lots of money i would be hiring lawyers and contacting congressman to address this. No way it can be legal. At least its certaintly not ethical.
