Hi, I purchased a product from London paying through PayPal. My product is not as described. PayPal have agreed with me and say that I can receive my full payment back in full once I return the item to the seller.
My concern is that PayPal say I have to return the product to a Hong Kong address which will cost me as much as I paid for the product. I’m a bit confused why I have to send the product to Hong Kong when on the package I received states If undelivered return to a London address. I would appreciate any advice on this problem.
