Same thing happening to me only I transferred to my debit card because it was supposed to take 30 minutes. What a joke. I called PP and was told the money would be in my account as soon as I hung up (this was a couple of hours after the transfer). It was not there. I waited a couple more hours and called back. I was then told it had been released and would be in my account in 24 hours. Still not there. I called PP yet again and was told it would up to 72 hours. I argued with them and was told these holds are placed by "the system" and are due to money laundering. Really? $70? Come on! After going round and round for a long time PP put me on hold and said the money had been released and it was my bank's issue, not theirs. Even though they had said 5 minutes before that it was a PP hold for security reasons. Still no money.
