Hi I paid for a course in GBP 50 but as the lady I was paying to lives in Netherlands paypal paid her in Euros. The money came out of my bank as £50 exactly but 54E on my paypal balance. Now she cancelled the course and I received a full refund as per paypal 54 E but this only paid me back £46.30 in GBP. I have lost £2.70 due to conversion. I know its only £2.70 but its still the principle of it. what can I do? Thanks in advance for any advice.
