Hi Folks, I'm selling an item via Facebook Market Place and the purchaser wants me to sent the item straight away before the payment has cleared and I am able to transfer the money into my bank account. My question is, would he be able to stop or retract the transfer of funds into my PayPal account before it has cleared, thereby effectively stealing my item.
