My Account Limitation

Hello everyone,   I need help due to my resolution page not actually being much of a help. This is because at the bottom, I have one task left to do and that is to provide proof of delivery. However, whenever I click on it, nothing shows up and this is slightly getting on my nerves. It may have been the fact that I sent the items as it doesn't require a tracking number. Hopefully someone tells me what the problem is. Thank you.   SUMMARY: I have just explained that the issue is when I click on the resolution centre. When I click on it, I have one last task left to do to relieve me of my account limitations. This last task is to provide proof of delivery.
