So a family member of mine hasn't used paypal in a long time, but now he has to. He forgot the password so he tried to reset it using his email. We got the code from the email and submitted it, but then another screen came up saying, "One More Security Check. Choose another way of confirming it's you." My family member forgot the questions because he made the account over 10 years ago, and he changed his phone number. So there is literally nothing we can do. Please Help.
