Hi there I have just encountered a problem with my paypal account so here is the problem i waned to buy some items from ebay yesterday but when i wanted to checkout (with paypal of course ) my request was rejected for some reason i've opened my account to see if there is any problem and they told i have to confirm my credit card to lift up the limit so i did that . but when i opened my bank account to find out that i was debited 2 times for something + the 2$ to lift up the limit.. the payment are not shown in the paypal transaction only in my bank payment history What should i do ?
