I have had this exact problem, except paypal told me to secure my account, let the transfer go through and then transfer the money back. Now because the money withdrawn was in CAD but transferred into USD in paypal I am losing $70 in the process. I spent almost 8 hours on hold on the week end, and now i’m at the 2.5 hour mark on another call trying to get this resolved. I just want my money put back!
