Every single time I try to add money from my bank account to this paypal account I get an error message saying, "There's a problem with adding money to your account. If you'd like help, please contact us." I then have to call customer service and answer 5 security questions from the information found on my public record and get told this is the LAST time I have to call regarding this issue. I get "assured" this round of security questions will clear up the issue on my account. The last time I called I was even told this is a standard PayPal practice now, that anytime a new account is opened they have to go through these security questions to add money to their account until PayPal determines it's a "normal pattern" (which I know is not true because I have a friend who works for PayPal. He just can't help me with my account for obvious reasons). Does anybody know how to clear up this issue? I have a business account which I've had for 7+ years and had no problems. It's only this personal account that I'm running into this issue. Please do not respond with steps on adding a backup bank or credit card account or tell me I don't have to add money to the account in order to use PayPal. I am aware of this. I WANT to add money to my PayPal account. Thank you, Justin
