I create account for my self to pay and received payment from the different country. Recently i was deal with an Indian client through up-work. I was recently want to create the backlinks of my domain Actress but when i go for creating milestone then i see that my PayPal account is limited. SO now i am very disappointed to see that my account is limited. How can i solved this issue???
