what the hell is paypal talking about,saying we must update our browsers by the 30th of june 2018 or what will happen if we don't or don't know how. I think pay pal is trying to delete customers.??

is webcortex.com a bogus company.?? I tried to get a -return-refund label-but the link they sent me wont work,also the phone number they have is never answered. what the hell is up with webcortex and=EBAY=do they not give a damm about their customers.

I finaly receive my item,but never got any receipt to print out,so don't know how to start a resolution ,and to top it all off,i called a pay pal rep. at customer service to try and get my money back,but he was NO HELP at all,just kept askng the same questions over and over=NO HELP= even after I told him I wanted my money back,and package gave me no way to contact seller.is pay pal just a bunch of =LIARS.
