I am attempting to add a new card to my PayPal account and am getting the following message below. I only have one PayPal account. Where is this message coming from? Is there a way to identify the account PayPal thinks the card is linked to? This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.
