Received wrong product. Company was giving me a hard time trying to fix the issue. Started a Paypal dispute. After almost a million emails back and forth, we came to a conclusion that they would send me a replacement product if I closed the case. I agreed and closed the case. Now they are saying Paypal has refunded me because PayPal reversed the charges on THEIR end. I have NOT received a refund or notification that I would be refunded. The case never had an actual resolution per Paypal. I closed the case myself so no ruling in either parties favor. Now they won't live up to their end of our agreement because they think I've been refunded when I have not.
