I have tried to pay a request sent, and also to send money via the friends and family. I am doing this so that no charges will be incurred. It will not let me send/pay it if I choose friends and family. It will, however, send it pronto if I choose goods and services. This seems as though paypal has it set up so that they will always get a cut of the transfer. This is complete and utter.....grrrrr!!!!! I have sent the requested amount twice and my family has incurred $20.00 worth of fees that should not have been taken away. This needs to be fixed....IMMEDIATELY!~!!! Don't say it's because of verification, card, or some other nonsense. IT SENT IT WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER WHEN GOODS AND SERVICES WAS SELECTED! I, nor anyone else, should be penalized because they want to send/receive money to/from a family member!
