Apparently routine maintenance according to the CS rep I just spoke with. Got mine lifted in 2 minutes. I'd imagine you all can too, if you can get through to anyone. Just make sure to upload the info they asked for first. The rep checked mine before she lifted it. Not a very pleasant time to do maintenance, being that it locked a bunch of us out of our accounts for the entirety of Easter. Lesson learned I learned is to transfer funds out on receipt, to be sure they don't get dissapeared. Apparently paypal is not a bank account, and they do not have to abide by banking regulations.' Hopefully this will save someone some stress. Call early though, or you'll be on hold all day.
