I’ve been using PayPal prepaid for a good while. I load my card at a local store with the 3.95 fee and boom could use it. Well I have a new account accessed everything and put my info and got a new card in the mail with the name and everything. Went to load $100. Then it loaded and in my transactions it showed +100 at dollar general but then right after that it subtracted it and it said pending in store load -$100 So it basically took it and removed and gave me $4.95 what does this mean. I hate their customer service so hopefully someone knows what this is about.
