I received a following notification: There’s a problem with your account, your account access is limited. At the moment I can't pay, send or withdraw money. I have tried to resolve this issue already many times by providing the needed documents to confirm my identity and yet the problem remains. I have provided a national proof of identity that is a valid and legal proof of identity in Finland. Yet PayPal does not accept this. PayPal is of the opinion that it is not a valid proof of identity in Finland. So what can I do? If PayPal has a problem accepting a country's laws and regulations something is seriously wrong with said "service". Why are you making your customers suffer because of your lack of knowledge? Please contact Finnish government and get your facts straight. In the meantime I can't do anything.
