I have purchased from an online website for Counter Strike Global Offensive leveled up account that advertised to receive login credentials instantly which other sites already offer but saw it being cheaper so I went ahead and purchased so I waited 48 hours for him to send me credentials and nothing was sent so I went to make a claim on my money so PayPal system with the resolution Centre but after 24 hours of my initial claim he sends me an email with credentials that doesn’t belong to anything on Steam.com so I emailed back the seller that I won’t be using his credentials and to issue me a refund but the seller won’t like to do that and never emailed me back so I called PayPal because they denied my claim and won’t refund me basically now I’m in a position where I’m dealing with a scammer that PayPal is protecting and me genuine customer of PayPal for good 3-4 years without any issues so I’m feeling cheated on and left in the dark. I called them by phone and nothing happened on their part they closed the claim a second time now I’m seeking the community help. I’m highly considering canceling all ties with PayPal and closing my account due to the **bleep** service they have, for everyone knowledge it was 35.99 USD I can afford to lose that 35.99 but would lose my trust in PayPal forever.
