Bought items from goodwill Maine and have a very unpleasant situation going on . I have an item paid in a list of items that I have bought from them and they claimed to have refunded the money for such item something that did not happened. I have an original receipt for 11 items with a shipping charge that was already paid by me . They presented me with with what I believe to be an altered invoice that only show 10 items and a shipping that strangely enough covers the original charge plus the item that I’m missing . They cannot explain why the shipping charge is direct in their part to show only 10 of the original 11 items and an altered shipping charge .i believe they altered the shipping to come with the exact cost of the original I guess they did not count on me having the original invoice . Now there’s 2 invoices for that transaction with same cost. Mine for 11 items and a 9 shipping charge and good will Maine has an altered invoice for only 10 items and a 32 shipping charge , in order to match the invoice charge they upped the shipping charge after the fact . Someone there try to pull a fast one on me . I reported them to eBay
