Good evening! My father owns a small business, and is in need of replacing his credit card processor. I am debating converting him to PayPal Here, and just had a quick question. Is the 2.7% Paypal Here processing fee in addition to the 2.9% + 0.30 Paypal Business fee, or does the latter only apply to payments received online?
