I'm from the Philippines and I was trying to withdraw cash from paypal to my bank. 7 days later, Paypal sent me this message on my email and denied the withdrawal. It already took P250.00 on my account even though nothing happened. What can I do to get the P250.00 back and withdraw my money from paypal to my bank? This is urgent, I need my money asap. P.S. It was a valid bank account, I triple checked.
