Hey everyone, I am trying to change my name on paypal from aj phillips to Aaron <removed> because I got rejected when trying to verify my identity since all my legal documents have the name "Aaron <removed>" on them. Well when I upload the documents necessary to do the name change, once I hit 'submit documents' a little loading circle is shown, but theres no confirmation that the documents have been sent it for review. Has anyone encounter this? What could I do to resolve this? I tried emailing them but haven't heard back yet. Thanks in advanced.
