Hi, appreciate your time. So I can't seem to print out a shipping label from my cell. I'm not using the app, was too glitchy. Using the web, and choosing desktop version in my browser. Nothing, all I get is a sample label, which I cannot even print that. I am beyond frustrated, can anyone help? In this day and age there got to be a way to print from your phone. Yes I have a WiFi printer which is on the same network and works otherwise. Thanks for your time.
