Hi, i am writing for purpose of a pending transaction. I sold my computer on eBay for around 400 USD i understand there is a delay on payment for an eBay account up to 21 days and for a week it said funds would be available on 04/06/18 now it is saying 05/23/18 that is 2 months from tomorrow there is no dispute on the transaction and i am wondering why this is happening any help will be nice.
