HI, Thanks for your reply, I have 2 us cards, linked to the US bank account which I set up as prefered for Paypal, BUT the adress on the US cards is a french one ...and the system to add an adress to link a card only accepts us adressses !! because I set up my bank account as prefered I thought I would no longer be asked to link a card... what does that mean then to have a prefered payment method?? any way to contact paypal directly and ask to fix the issue ???
