I've setup a new PayPal account to keep my finances more organized. In doing so, I'd like to move one of my linked credit cards to my new account. I've followed the guidance to remove the CC from my primary account. However, when I now try to link the cc to my new account, I'm still getting the error message that its linked to another account. It's been a day since I removed it from my primary account... does it take longer than that for PayPal to recognize that a cc has been removed?... or might I have another technical issue?
