I am from Philippines I have paypal that was limited over 180 days ago and I received that I can withdraw my funds but the problem is I can't link my card it says please try again. I also tried linking my bank but it didn't work at all. This account is business account but I don't have the files of the business anymore because they I sold the shop and they bought the shop that was year ago I but now I want to get my funds back.
