Hi there I placed an order for some nail polish and paid through Paypal, unfortunately, through a tech problem on Paypal the address on the order omitted my house number, I contacted Paypal and they just gave a generic answer but my full details on my account were correct so why did this happen in the first place. Anyway, that is by the by, I contacted the nail polish company directly several times and they did not respond and contacted them through Paypal, I eventually received the items as they did get the message to add the house number after sending the items 14days later. Thats not the end of it, upon opening the package, one of the generation nail polish bottles had completely broken and l leaked all over the contents of the package, ruining everything inside, it had not leaked on the outside due to the package being plastic. Well, I then used the same form of correspondence to contact the company again through paypal on the same dispute link, they did not respond and their telephone number was not available?? I then contacted paypal resolution centre through the link and they said they had considered the case and judged in favour of the seller. Mind boggling really as I received broken and defective items not fit for purpose through no fault of my own. Love to hear your thoughts on this. If I don't get a refund I definitely will never use Paypal again though
