I recently sold something on ebay and the buyer paid me with their bank account via ebay, unlike usual transactions it wasn't instant and went into pending. With the message "This payment is still pending. In case you are shipping an item please wait until the payment is completed." It appears on my account in a separate category but not my balance. Problem is the buyer is claiming the money has transferred and is pushing for me to mail the item. (which it clearly hasn't at least on my end). How long should it take to clear? This all feels a bit suspicious too. How long should I wait before canceling the sale?
