Good day, I understand the concerns of a Craigslist web sale, I also understand that Craigslist is supposed to be for in-person sales. I'm currently working with someone to determine if this is a legit sale for a GoPro of mine. That being said, the individual would like to PayPal me the money and have it shipped... what are my options for if there is a dispute? If I send the item with a signature required and someone signs for it, does it rid me of any liability to have to return that individuals money? The plan was to get payment, withdraw / transfer to my bank. Once it clears - I will ship the item.
