Hello! I would like to know how to fix my problem on confrming identity. I am being asked the following: " We accept a copy of: - Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.) - Bank or credit card statements - Any other government-issued letters or statements in your name. " Unfortunately, I do not have these due to the following: Phone and broadband services - I am using prepaid and thus there is no billing statement Health Insurance - I am not subscribed to any health insurance Gas, water and electricity - I do not have these as my current residence is not under my name Bank or credit card statement - I only have an ATM for receiving remittances Credit card - I do not have one Could you help me? I actually do not have a business, however, when I was setting up an accout, there were no other options to open a personal account. Is there a way to amend my account and just make it a personal account?
