Hi, I recently got a PayPal Account because a friend donated a dollar to me via PayPal (since they don't have Google Wallet), so I want to add PayPal as a Payment Option on Google Play, because I plan on starting to do commissions for money, and I often do in-app purchases and app purchases in Google Play. For some reason, it won't let me add it as one unless I have a card? I want to add my account rather than a card if that makes sense. I just want to use PayPal on Google Play DIRECTLY. If that's not possible, is there an easy transfer I can do? Preferably not with a card.
