My PayPal account is in U.S. and attached to my email. How can I set up a PayPal account in Deutschland? When I try, it recognizes my email address and steers me to the U.S. login. I want to sell something in www.ebay.de and must indicate a method of payment. I want to choose PayPal. I was advised (by the PayPal community) that I need to establish an account in Deutschland, with address, tel. number and bank account in Deutschland, in order to use it with www.ebay.de.
