into hour 4 on hold with PayPal,.no resolution to my problem , in fact id rate this less than zero,.what am i doing wrong they say they are open saturday and sunday,,not to mention the Wednesday Thursday and friday hours ive spent trying to speak to some one,,,anyone,..with the 1 time dial in number there is nothing but this stupid **bleep**ing repetitious recording , no wait times no nothing.
