Hello, I recently contacted a seller for a service recently and I realized they are trying to commit fraud by requesting information that was not required in there TOS when making the payment. I am trying to cancel the payment but they will not respond until i give them personal identification that was not required after doing the payment. I have not received the goods yet either. I've been trying to do it through their resolution center and the only option paypal gives me is to contact the seller which i have through the live chat with a representative. I did that and they are still trying to get personal information that could lead to fraud. I wish to report this somehow to paypal but for god sakes there is no damned e-mail address posted anywhere on this site for that. They say the claim will be closed by the 31st of march and i can't even contact paypal because of how confusing this site is setup. Can anyone just give me the damned link to an email address so i can show someone what the hell is going on. a very frustrated user Darta
