i add credit card to complete paypal activation. paypal charged me with 1.95 usd to confirm the credit card , i got the code in sms but it doesn't work so i tried to resend the code and again they charged me with 1.95 usd . i got the second code and he doesn't work either . now when i try to link my card this message shows T(his card cannot be linked. Please try a different payment method.) pls help me and sorry for my bad english
