I just opened a PayPal account to receive payments for sales through ebay, and after I click "I Agree" button on the Terms page, it loads until it gives up and says "Gateway Timeout - The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server." I tried using a different device and revisited my account settings, everything seems to be in order. Please help!
