Hey folks, We created a new business account, after a couple of days, we should verify our business, bank and personal information. No problem at all, and we received the message that our account has been restored. But it was not. Almost all of our payments are on hold, and we can not transfer our available balance to our bank account or make PayPal purchases with it. If we want to transfer our funds, we receive this error message: We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it’s you Need a hand? We can help If we want to make a purchase we get this error message: We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay. Due to these problems we contacted the PayPal support several times for almost two weeks, but we did not get any response and our account is still limited. After almost a week we received the same email that our account has been restored again but nothing changed. Also, due to the lack of communication we lost money and several customers.
