When I tried to add my new Natwest Visa Debit card - after deleting the old one, as the card number had changed I get the message: Add a card Invalid card number. Please check the number and try again. Card type Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron The number is correct; the expiry date is correct; the CSC number is correct; and the address is correct. Is the number too new for Paypal to recognise? [the complete 16-digit number has changed including the first 4 digits].
