My visa card is about to expire at the end of the month. I entered the details of my new card. The number, billing address,security code and expiry date are all correct. The card has never been used or entered into any Pay Pal or other account. I cant find an email address or contact to speak to Pay Pal. Any ideas..or do I just give up and stop using Pay Pal ?
