Hi. I have a problem. I bought a phone from person and we agreed that I will pay through the PayPal to this person account . I've made a payment since then this person blocked me that I could not reach him and contact with him anymore. I loose my money and I did not get the phone which I meant to buy. It was a quite big amount for me. I opened dispute in the PayPal. There's any chance to get refund and get my money back??? I do not know what else I can do about it....
