Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice my missing funds of 51,309.68 INR.
On March 2015 & May 2015 two (2) shipments were made to UK (invoices attached) of the same value 599£
My paypal statement clearly shows 2 payments made by the customer on 24th March & 20th May 2015. (Paypal statement attached). I have highlighted the entries and inserted a comment also in the pdf .(just double click on the yellow box)
However, the bank statement shows only 1 credit entry of 54787.02 INR on the 25th May 2015.(bank statement attached)
I have inserted a comment in the bank statement also for your reference.
March 2015 do not have credit entry of 599£.
Please let me know the missing amount of 51309.68 INR against the 1st invoice in March 2015.
My conversations with my bankers & Paypal since the 16th of Feb 2018 has not yielded much of a help.
As per my bankers the funds was returned by them since the beneficiary name differed. I am attaching the RBI settlement copy sent by my banker for your reference.
This was also sent by me to Paypal for their reference, however Paypal's response to the above has not at all satisfactory.
Please find Paypal's response.

Hello Pankaj <removed>,
Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support.
I am sending you a follow-up email regarding the missing withdrawal escalation status.
We have received a response from the concerned team and it stated that after we have raised a request the partner bank had replied that the funds were posted to your account successfully on Mar 31, 2015. The reference number has been provided many times.
The bank used for the withdrawal is INDUSIND BANK LT (India) x-<removed>.
Unfortunately there is nothing else we can do on our end. The only option would be that you have to contact your bank for further instructions.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.
If we receive a response from the partner bank stating the funds was already posted, we cannot do anything from our end. If the bank had rejected the payment, a Demand-Draft would have raised automatically. However, here we see that the payment was indeed posted to your bank. Please check with your bank for further assistance.
Thank you for choosing PayPal.
Sincerely, Rajesh PayPal
