I bought a 49inch Toshiba smart television and i wanted to pay in monthly installments but paid in full buy mistake can this be rectified if you could help me with this matter is would be very grateful,i have spent over a full day trying to get this sorted i am not a 5yr child who could do this in 3mins iam 63 and do not understand all the symbals and f___ing stupid wording !!!
