I purchased a quilt set from a seller on Facebook on January 20th and paid that day through Paypal. I have never received the item. The seller told me weeks ago they were back ordered but it was coming that week and would be shipped out. I have still never received it and their profile was deleted from fb so I opened a dispute. They claim now that it will be coming this week and they will ship it out to me, but cant ship it until I close the dispute. Is that true? I'm afraid to close the dispute, not get the item and then have no course of action to take. Thank you so much for any help/advice!
